Important Notice

Camper’s Check-in and Check-out

  • Camping possible only with festival ticket (for two days) and camp ticket
  • Camp ticket will be replaced with camp wristband. Only those in possession of wristband could enter and walk through camp area. Camp wristband should not be taken off, cut, torn or damaged on any other way, as it will not be accepted as an entrance ticket in that state.
  • When arriving, camper is obligated to sign up on reception desk and sign the contract related to respecting all the camp rules.

Camping Area Usage

  • Camping is allowed on specified places. Tent lifting outside the camping area is forbidden.
  • Entrance and bringing unregistered people inside the camp is forbidden.
  • Prohibited for pets.

Equipment and Devices Usage

  • Campers can use all municipal devices (showers, sinks, and toilets) and other camp equipment. They are obligated to use listed things only for their purpose and cautiously.
  • Electrical device usage forbidden (stove, fridge etc).
  • Showers, sinks, and toilets should be used properly in accordance with their purpose, taking into account that this is a sanitation for the joint use of all campers.

Personal Things Keeping and Responsibility for Injuries in the Camp

  • People who suffer from chronic diseases and allergies must report the same to reception camp.
  • The festival management is not responsible for lost or stolen items, except for items left in specific place for keeping things.
  • Camper is obliged to take care of his property and all the things in camp.
  • The festival management is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring due to personal camper’s inattention.
  • Visitors use all the facilities at their own risk.

Environment Protection in the Camp

  • Campers are obliged to take care of green areas in the camp. It is forbidden to tear branches and cut down trees.
  • Campers are required to use appropriate containers and plastic garbage bags.
  • Campers are required to bring out all of the thing carried in the camp.

Public Order in Camp

  • Campers are required to respect public order and peace in the camp.
  • Respect someone else's vacation and leisure.
  • The organizer has the right to refuse entry to every visitor who he thinks could endanger the safety of other visitors or cause problem.

Fire Protection

  • It is strictly forbidden to light fires or barbecues in the camp, except in a designated place
  • It is forbidden to bring in the camp easily flammable fuels, pyrotechnics and explosives, and the like.

Other Rules

  • Various damages, malfunction of installations and equipment, and any disregard of the order rules in the camp, camper should report on the camp reception.
  • Complaints related to the camp work campers can enter in the book of complaints, which is located at the reception desk

Consequences of Non-Compliance of Camp Order Rules

  • Camper is required to comply with all provisions of these camp order rules.
  • If non-compliance of these rules is registered, the organizer has the right to cancel the camping accommodation.
  • In case of accommodation cancellation, in accordance with these rules, camper is obliged to pay cancellation fee.

Additional Warnings

  • Review of all visitors and their belongings will be carried out due to the personal safety of visitors.
  • Visitor agrees to be recorded (audio or video) as a part of audience.
  • Visitors park vehicles on their own risk.
  • It is forbidden to bring in glass bottles and cans.
  • It is forbidden to bring in drugs.
  • It is forbidden to bring in weapons, large umbrellas and other sharp objects that may endanger the safety of visitors.
  • Loud music can damage your hearing.

  • Bring in food, bottles and cans.
  • Bring in weapons, large umbrellas and other sharp objects that may endanger the safety of visitors.
  • Bring in drugs.
  • Bring in highly flammable fuel, pyrotechnics and explosives ...
  • Bring in pets.
  • Light fires or barbecues in the camp, except in a designated place.
  • Use electrical devices and any cooking device at camp.
  • Lift tents outside the fenced area of the camp.
  • Introduce unregistered people in the camp.
  • Tear branches and cut down trees.

You are allowed to:

  • Bring in luggage (backpacks).
  • Bring in a raincoat and a small folding umbrella.
  • Bring in and carry sunglasses.
  • Bring in mobile phones.
  • Bring in cigarettes and cigarette lighters.
